All the positive reviews on here are phony. Some reviews are made from the workers themselves. A service man named Samuel Jared came to replace a part in the heating system. “Changed transformer… new sensor…. Changed filter… repair cable …” He charged $800. The very next day the heater stopped working. It’s been days trying to reach contact with this man for him to come back and fix the heater yet again and all he says is “I’ll be there soon”. Very disgusting service do NOT recommend.

Terrible experience with this company They responded in timely matter initially on Friday (seemed drunk) came looked at my air conditioner said I needed a blower motor for $550 installed. Said he could have it done by the end of the day I agree . End of the day no work was done which I understand. Call back later said the work was going to be $850 so I agreed again . Said he can't do till Monday, so monday came and went But I could get no response no return phone call or no text after family waiting all day in 100 degree heat all day until That night he responded after I told him I was going to leave a bad review online he told me the motor would be in at 1 o'clock the next day and he would come and install it. I call later afternoon the next day to confirm if he picked up part he said yes he would be there later on that day again. Waited all day Once again stood up the family waiting in the heat I just don't understand if he didn't want to do the job all he had to do is say no so I could call someone else. Completely unprofessional and just a flat out liar wouldnt ever suggest this company to my worst enemy
