I had a great experience with Behshad this week. I chose him based on his reviews and he did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a good person. The biggest thing is trust and I didn't question him for one second. I will recommend him to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with South County Air Services for a furnace repair in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was top-notch. The representative was friendly, professional, and made sure to find a time that worked with my schedule.

The technician who came out to my house was also fantastic. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy for me to understand. He quickly identified the issue with my furnace and got to work on the repair. I was impressed with how efficient he was and how quickly he was able to fix the problem

When we needed to replace our air conditioner, South County Air was one of the companies we got a quote from. Beshad was priced fairly, actually the best… our condenser is a very unique one and he was able to install it in a day.

Besides price, quality and timeliness, the part that makes my review a 5 star one is Beshad’s customer service. He is always a phone call away, and extremely friendly and personable. I’ve already referred him to neighbors and others.

Behshad is the man! Gave us a great value for a new AC unit at our house as well as installing a new furnace & smart thermostat. Even when our equipment had an issue - he was quick to respond, and repair/replace the part that was faulty.

Behshad is a true professional in every sense of the word. He is punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and he stands behind his work product. We hired him to replace our entire HVAC system, equipment, and ducts. He performed the work on time and within the estimated budget. When a pump stopped working about 8 months later, he came over to our house the same day, replaced the pump, and had our AC working again in less than 30 minutes. We recommend him to everyone and wish that there were more contractors like him!

Behshad was amazing! I called on Sunday morning and he came just a few hours later. He was very professional and knowledgeable, promptly diagnosing the problem with my A/C and doing the repair at a reasonable rate. Also he didn’t charge extra for a weekend call. He returned today to investigate an ongoing problem with my air flow. He again quickly figured out what was wrong (which another company had missed) and quickly repaired it, this time at no charge! Will absolutely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC services!
