I was in need of a good company to repair a leaking washing machine. I found Restart on Yelp and sent a message Friday morning. I had quick communications and estimate sent to me. The estimate was reasonable and we set a time for that afternoon. Mike arrived on time and was professional and polite. He fixed our washing machine in under 2 hours, and he had to move our dryer because we have the machines stacked. He was careful moving everything, which i really appreciated.
We also scheduled him to come back to do a routine cleaning and maintenance on our dryer and he ordered a part for our convection oven, and got that back to operating for us!
We would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for a knowledgeable and professional repair person! Fair prices too!

I unequivocally recommend Mike. He was prompt, very friendly, capable, responsive, and honest. He arrived within 30 minutes of our initial call asking for his repair. He quickly diagnosed our freezer problem and was able to replace and reinstall multiple parts so that it is now working normally again. I contacted Restart Appliances in need of a new heating coil and to clean between the glass on the doors of my double ovens. I had streaks of food that dripped between the glass that could not be reached. Also, I could no longer see inside my oven without opening the doors. Mike with Restart Appliances was able to replace my heating coil and meticulously clean the oven doors inside out.. They look brand new! Thank you Mike for your excellent work!

My commercial ice maker broke down and Mikhail came to service the machine and our machine has so many issues. Our tech did an amazing job to expedite the repair because we were having to buy ice daily which was very costly. Mike and his partner from ReStart were awesome - we had a freezer door hinge that had rusted so badly the door wouldn't close anymore without forcing it - and it's a built-in freezer so we knew the job wouldn't be easy. But Mike came by and was super communicative and honest about the level of work, getting the parts, and making it easy for my wife and I to understand the problem and what it would take to fix it. They worked late on a Friday night to make sure the freezer door and my ice maker flap (also broken and was leaking cold air) were fixed as perfectly as they could be. They were clean, organized, and walked us through every part of the fix to show us that each area was repaired and back to normal. We would definitely use ReStart again and recommend them to anyone in the area!

Mike was very competent in fixing my dishwasher. Even though he did not have all the parts he came back the following week with the right parts and finished the job. I would recommend for any appliance repair.
