This is the second time we have used this business. Dave shows up when promised and as before completed the job in a timely manner. First time was refrigerator repair, this time was dryer repair. Very happy with the price and the results. Highly recommend.

Our Kenmore washing machine was making a loud noise when it was trying to sense how much clothes was in it. It wouldn’t go through the entire cycle.

The technician was able to diagnose the problem on the spot. He had to order parts but he was back a couple days later and the washer worked!

What a difference! Complete Appliance Repair was the 2nd company I had to call for some appliance repair after a nasty power surge in my neighborhood. 1st contractor was clueless. Vince from Complete Appliance Repair needed 5 min to diagnose bad circuit boards on my dishwasher and oven. He was able to provide me a fair quote and reasonable lead times to get it repaired. As soon as the replacement boards came in I got a call and Vince installed them the same day. Very professional and will use him again when needed. Also referred him to my in-laws who needed help with their Samsung fridge ice maker. He took care of them the same day.

Problem was addressed in a short time.
Turn around for part was sooner than expected.
Fixing of the problem was fast and clean.
Vince stores our oven back into life!
