So this company came to fix our a/c and after realizing that water made the sensor shut down the system. Vacuum was needed to remove the water for the unit company needed a shop vacuum and the guy had the nerve to ask to barrow mine. Which I wasn’t home and the used it without my permission. Second he need someone to pass the vacuum full of water to empty for him. When all he did was use vacuum and pass heavy vacuum to my 60 year dad. And still charge over 200 dollars . When know my filter is very dirty and I have to buy one know . And my dad has a cut from where the guy drop the vacuum on his shoulder. I should ask for my money back I would recommend this company I would hire a company that has there own help and own stuff to use!!!

The technician came and checked the AC unit, detected the problem, and gave an estimate. The AC condenser needed to be replaced. They did so the following morning at a very reasonable price. I am thankful to Paloma Air Conditioning for taking care of my AC issues. ☀️

So are AC in our house has been out for about 10 days landlord called this company to come and repair it showed up today went up there put a new fan motor on he said told the landlord it was fixed left and the AC still does not work and he charged her quite a bit of money today is Saturday so I'm sure he charged her extra money for coming out on a Saturday but the part that he put up there fixing nothing therefore I don't think should be paying for that part I guess he got a little bit rude with the owners when she called to ask how come the air conditioner wasn't working then he said it needed freon what happened was the air conditioner got shut off during mid cycle when the power went out and when it came back on it wasn't pumping cold air anymore I tried flipping the breaker and letting them off for about a half hour didn't do the trick so she called this guy to come out with a younger guy but charged a bunch of money and did absolutely nothing didn't fix anything I would recommend going with another company

I had such a great experience with the entire process. The women covering phones and scheduling were so quick and easy to deal with. The sales guy that came out was very professional and gave me quotes on multiple options. Which was so nice. The team that came out and did the work were fast, clean and professional. Cyndi helped me get information for a rebate and she made sure I had what I needed!

I called to get some details about my checkup appointment and they refused to tell me the basics, not even the information necessary to know when I was gonna receive it. Also, they guy who came didn't explain the problem and only left saying nothing. Still waiting for them to fix it after two days of contacting them. Don't waste time with them.
