Multi Appliance Repair

The service was quick; I called at the close of the business day on a snowy Friday, and he showed up as promised at 10 a.m. on Saturday. As he worked on the machine, he discovered the issue and another one. Since it is a combo device and most businesses don't service them, this is not your typical washer/dryer. The required component could be ordered, and he informed me that it would likely arrive on Tuesday and that he could install it on Wednesday. The part was fitted on Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. after I received a call late on Tuesday letting me know it was there. Very competent, efficient, and welcoming service. Could not be happier.

The technician handled my AEG dryer with great professionalism and courtesy. My dryer's heating coils were replaced after it suddenly stopped functioning by him. Their quick response was greatly appreciated and they came highly recommended!🥰🥰

Excellent repair work and service. After replacing the broken components, Jason put the washer through a test run to make sure it was working properly. Great experience with Alex! We had a leaky fridge. I tried to find a local company but it seemed a lot of the web sites were run by a company out of Toronto. I eventually found Multi Appliance and very glad I did. I had done some research on the issue and had some theories and Alex did a good job listening. He explained the pricing clearly. When he arrived he took off his shoes and went right to work. He had it figured out and fixed in about 15 minutes! I would recommend Alex and Multi Appliance👌👌👌

The technician was friendly, honest, and skilled. I asked for service for my dryer but he found a water leak from the washer hose and replaced it. Now, my washer & dryer work perfectly. I am very happy👌👌👌
