The fan on our AC went out the day before our first triple-digit temp of the year! We called and Patrick was able to make the necessary repair (replacement of the capacitor) within a few hours. His professionalism was a credit to him and Exclusive HVAC. He was able to fit us in right at the end of the night so we didn't even have to go one night warm.
