April Air

We have used April Air for more than 10 years. Steve and his associates are always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. When our old heating/cooling unit finally gave up the ghost, Steve did a great job helping us to find the right replacement- at the best cost.

I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to Steve! I first used his services about 10 years ago. He came out immediately & handled the problem for me that day - when it was in the middle of a heat wave causing other companies weeks to respond to calls. So in June 2021 when my a/c went out I immediately reached out & just as in the first time he came out immediately, within 2 hours of my call he had diagnosed the problem & scheduled me in for a repair. Well last night when the a/c stopped again I sent Steve a text at almost 2200. Not only did he respond & pretty much diagnose the problem based on what I told him but he has his tech at my house now & he is doing the repairs as I type! They also worked with me on the cost of the repairs so that I didn’t need to get approval from get warranty company to fix it as well! I cannot recommend this company more! I will use him out of network from my warranty company every time!

Steve was very professional, very informative, got the job done quick, very cost effective, extremely polite, answered any and all questions I had. I would recommend this business to anybody.
