We had our roof top unit replaced at the end of summer in 2022. Once winter started, our heater had not been consistent. We called to have the unit checked in January of 2023. We were told the unit was working fine and that our thermostat was not working. They suggested that we buy a new unit and that would correct the issue. During this time I kept hearing th gas unit through the vents making a chuffing sound that the unit was having a hard time either lighting or staying lit. I informed the repair man upon the first time arriving. A couple of weeks later we had them come back out again. They got back on the roof to make sure nothing was catching on fire in the first place. Then they got on the phone with the manufacture to troubleshoot the problem. The realized that the gas orifice to regulate the amount delivered was not installed. They informed us on Thursday afternoon on March 9th they had it overnighted and would be able to install it Friday. They would call us to let us know what time they would arrive. They had not received when we called at the end of the day since we had not received a phone call and was told they would call us Monday morning. Monday at 1414 hours I called why he had not received a phone call and what was going on. Since my mother who is in her late 70's was now sick with a cold for the 8 days from not having a working heater. The office lady informed me that they had not received it yet. I then proceeded to inform her that since he had the unit replaced that the communication was not either the best or just not there at all. She then proceeded to not let me speak and told me what they are doing and when i tried to get her attention because my mother had a question, she just hung up the phone on me. She did make the comment before hanging up that she thought they were the best in the business in communication right before she hung up. I beg to differ after that phone call about her comment.
this experience from the get go has not been the best, less than average at this point. My recommendation would be, if you are great at following through and keeping up communication with this company, maybe another company would be better.

First of all, the receptionist is extremely unfriendly. Have brand new mini splits. The system snowed the first day of moving into a brand place. After several maintence request they realize the system should be replaced and it took several months just to get a remote replacement. They stall for an entire year until my warranty ran out I call and never get return calls. What an uncaring company. I told the receptionist it’s cold and now my heater doesn’t work. She said she will have someone contact me back but I never heard back but I have several messages no return calls this really sucks!

I’m so tired of crooks like this place I paid top dollar to have a mini split system in my guest house. I called right away with issues and got a whole mouthful from my tech which is the owners son. He didn’t want to come back to fix his work so I called his mother the owner. She was supposed to call me months ago and nothing, just called her again and she said they are still too busy. Don’t use these crooks, find a better more reputable company for your needs.

Absolutely amazing customer service! The team who installed my air conditioning system were very friendly and professional the entire time. They were on time with the appointment and made the process hassle and worry-free. Mark continuously answered all my questions and emails promptly. I highly recommend utilizing their services and plan to utilize them in the future as well.

Very positive, professional service tech. He efficiently checked heating and AC system and carbon monoxide (none found). Then, since he was on roof, he washed our solar panels. I recommend this company. They maintain our church (Crossroads Baptist Church) HVAC equipment (26 units), doing an excellent job.

I was very impressive that he knew what was wrong with it takes skills,got my ac up and running in no time.Customer service was great got my app next day..mean while my home insurance give me a 1 week wait. See ya..😀
