Upon moving into our new home, We kept hearing strange noises late at night only to wake up to find small puddles on our floor. We had the occasional window slam shut for no reason and odd cold drafts throughout the home. My wife swore the house was haunted and insisted we sell...Until we made the call and meet Danny, he showed us it was just bad duct work. I thought he was kidding. Thompson installed our AC several years ago. We had a problem this week with evaporations system. Johnny came out, tested the system and showed us how to avoid the problem. I asked what the “call out” charge would be. He said there wasn’t any and left. Unheard of in this day and age. 6 Stars.
