Comfort Zone Heating And Air Plus

This company is Very Unprofessional. I've been waiting since Monday 6/17/19 for them to come to my house per appointment. After no show or call, I received a call the next day 6/18/19 around 2pm that they would be there within an hour again I'm waiting, 8pm comes and I get a call they'll be here in 10 mins. These people never came!! So here we are today 6/20/19 they called stating they would be here at 12pm. Well shocker it's now 2pm and still no show!. Now at this point I don't even want their services. I have two young children and we all know how hot it gets summer time in riverside county. Totally unacceptable and they need to get it together or start firing & hiring new people that actually care.

This is the 2nd company sent to me by American Home Shield. The 1st said everything was fine. These clowns say everything needs replaced and home warranty company states over $2400 non covered. Doing research but based upon reviews of both companies and our own inspection, there appears to be a significant scam happening here and I intend to get to the bottom of it.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Miraina and Liliana have the WORST attitudes and after they gladly took $1930.00 of my money they NEVER completed service. Complaints have been filed with BBB and chargebacks were placed as of 11-14-18 with credit card company since comfort air and heating refuse to issue refund. IF YOU LIKE BEING LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THIS IS YOUR COMPANY OTHERWISE STOP AND CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

They came out in a timely manner, although they had to deal with a horrible insurance company that I had. They fixed my compressor and everything is running smoothly. I have AC again!

[Problem Resolution] After several other contractors dispatched by AHS diagnosed my HVAC issue and confirmed that the whole system needed to be replaced, they advised AHS that they had no access since air handler was in closet and needed me to open up the sundeck wall/closet to provide access because they were not skilled enough or too lazy to do the extra work required to remove and replace the air handler. Luckily Comfort Zone was up for the challenge and had the expertise to do the work that other contractors did not want to do and was able to complete the full HVAC system replacement successfully!

Hamlet was wonderful! He arrived on time, quickly went to pick up the parts required, and educated me on AC maintenance! Extremely helpful!

This “company “ charges twice as much as most other companies, and looking at these recent negative reviews I’m glad I didn’t give this guy a penny.

On time. Courteous. Brought necessary repair materials with him, so we didn't have to wait for parts & schedule another appointment. Worked quickly & efficiently.

"[Problem Resolution] Jacob, was very professional and knowledgeable from Comfort Zone Heating and Air Plus. My house was running 99 degrees for the past 16 days or so. I was thinking hum my air cond just does not seem to be blowing cold enough air, I just assumed it was the humidity outside, nope it was not so I called them and within minutes it was fixed. Ah heavenly cold air again now I can relax and go on with my life and not worry about this air cond anymore. Great company great man very nice and sympathetic not out to get your money paid one low fee and that was it cold air and done. 1000 Stars "

Very professional company. They came out they did the work and they cleaned after themselves. Do you were able to find the problem and fix it right away . I highly recommend this company.
