Ryan was Amazing !

I got several quotes from local companies before I met him and his walk though and explanation process was the best and easy to understand .
He quoted me quickly and very fair . His team was quick and efficient and I felt I knew exactly what was going on and how things worked during the installation.
A few weeks later there was a short in 2 of the breakers and he came down and repaired them at no extra cost and I don't think it had anything to do with his installation , very honest company !

I was having issues with my furnace, I used internet to look for a heating company that could service my furnace at a fair price , not only did I get the fair price, my tech that came out was courteous friendly very professional and knowledgeable, found the issue I’m 2 minutes, he educated me, we went through the procedure he used to fix the problem but also taught me how my system works in detail. I don’t write reviews often, but I must say Able deserves a raise . Thank you for a true honest experience. I highly recommend Jamison air. Ask for Able .

Our AC broke down recently and we hard a have time finding a reputable AC company to diagnose and fix our system. Not a problem for Jamison. They came out the very next day and quickly diagnosed the problem to a faulty fuse. Our technician, Ryan was very polite and professional with his work. It was nice to have an honest experience with an AC company and will definitely do business with them again. What a great company. Thank you Ryan and the Jamison team!

Dan and the team did a great job installing new duct and vent pipe for our house. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. We are very pleased with their work and will use them again whenever our AC unit goes out. Thanks Jamison Team!

My mom's condensate pump was leaking and I was having difficulty finding someone to come and assess the problem until I found Jamison Heating and Cooling. They were able to send someone out the next day. The technician, Abel, was on time, quickly located the problem and repaired it that day. He was very professional and also very courteous to my elderly mother, explaining what was wrong as well as assuring her the rest of her AC was in good working order.

Did yearly maintenance with Abel from Jamison AC, excellent experience as usual. Very though and explained current condition of my AC unit and likely lifespan of the unit and potential options to consider in future. Much appreciated for the advice and I'm glad to be able to count on reliability of the company.

JAMISON HEATING AND COOLING PULLED OUR BACON OUT OF THE FIRE

We were enjoying a 100 deg Labor Day inside with our 4-year-old, top-of-the-line Trane air conditioner set at 75 degrees, when I noticed that the temp was starting to creep up in the house. To my chagrin, the airco compressor was not running. Overnight, it got up to 84 deg in the house….with windows open and fans running full blast.

I was scheduled for regular service that Wednesday but need a fix right away on Tuesday. I called my regular service company, but they could not come out Tuesday, so I told them that in all fairness that I would be looking for someone else that could come out right away. Not their fault, they were booked solid.

I looked on the Trane website for their top tier dealers and called one that said that they were booked for a week. Than I called Jamison Heating and Cooling, another Trane top dealer. They came out noon the same day!!! What a welcomed response!!

Ryan, one of the principals, came out and knew what was wrong immediately, had the faulty part replacement on the truck, and had our unit up and running within a ½ hour. The part was still under warranty, but not the labor. He offered me a two-year annual maintenance service contract that resulted in the labor for the repair being essentially free. I signed up. Cannot beat that!

Another fine serviceman, Abel, from Jamison came out today and performed the annual maintenance for this year, explaining every step of the process.

Jamison knows how to provide satisfying, top-notch service. Reasonably priced too. You won’t go wrong using them.

I've worked with multiple HVAC companies in the past and always dreaded the experience however, Joseph and the Jamison Heating & Cooling Services team are amazing. Joseph asked a lot of questions to ensure he was resolving my ac issues appropriately. He made a few recommendations which I will review shortly. Nonetheless, Joseph has restored my faith due to his knowledge, professionalism and integrity. Thank you Jamison and team!
