Thank you Obama and thank you Renova Home improvement. We finally found a contractor that specializes in the Energy Efficient Home Renovation Financing program (the HERO Program). The HERO program is a Obama era government back program that helped my family secure a low interest low payment loan to renovate our home. We were able install beautiful new Spanish shingles, a 98% efficient Air conditioning system and a new kitchen that brought my mom to tears of joy. All for under $250 a month. Our real estate agent said that with the improvements our house could sell for an additional $100,000 compared to the neighborhood cost market value. We made thousands! God Bless.
