I had a new heating/AC installed in December/January. I was very pleased with all communication, planning and installation. Chris Hernandez did a great job and in fact followed up a month later to see that all was working. I have been with the company greater than 10 years and also use their biannual inspection/maintenance program, of which I am also very satisfied.

I have completed two projects with Marthedal Solar and Air, an 80 panel solar array and most recently a new HVAC unit for my residence. I am a do it your-selfer and hiring people to work for me is hard to do, but at times necessary. To hire someone, I have to be able to trust them and I trust the folks at Marthedal. They are honest and you can believe their diagnosis and recommendations and you can trust their workers to do the right thing when no one is around. Great People!

Another great job on Oct. 03 by installing a Quiet Cool + Return Duct whole house fan. I have used it today and it is wonderful. To all of the tech's who installed it....thank you. I would encourage anyone to install this fan by Marthedal .....another 5 stars!

After fixing a small problem at no charge, the technician suggested I sign up for a regular maintenance plan for my two units. I was skeptical, but I'm so happy I did. They check for possible problems as well as keeping the units in good shape. Also, when they did find a problem, they looked up the warranty information for me and got the part covered. These are honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant people to work with, and I suggest anyone looking for repairs, parts, or regular service go with them.

Excellent service. Thorough. Trustworthy and clear communication. They gave honest assesment of my OLD unit, reccomended a new one, got people out to troubleshoot, replaced my unit and fixed some of the crazy set up on the original house's AC unit.... When they left, after 8 hours, something was not installed quite right. I called, and even after hours, they had someone out to me (a service manager) who corrected it, replaced a capacitor and all was well WITHIN AN HOUR! I could not speak more highly of a company. To feel like someone in your home is totally trustworthy is a gift!

Just disappointed that no one any longer seems to b able to offer service for evaporative coolers. It used to b that HVAC places filled in the gap - but not anymore. I love my Mastercool, which is about 10 yrs old. It cools like an AC unit, but for a fraction of the cost.
Its been by God’s grace i finally found a guy whose dad used to own an AC business, and they serviced coolers also. But he doesnt do it for a living, so im blessed that he will work on mine when necessary.

Have used this firm for several years for our old home and now our new manufactured home. The service techs keep in contact with us and maintain a professional manner and appearance. Will continue to employ this company for all our A/C needs. Thank You for being fast, reliable, and cost effective.

Chris came out to my home for an a/c issue. He was excellent and very quick in fixing our issues. His customer service was great and he did the entire repair in an hour or so. I would recommend them for any job.
