Hawk AC came out fast and fixed my AC unit accurate the first time. Very friendly and professional, cleaned up after themselves when done. Highly recommend.
Lionel Gave me an estimate for a new air-conditioning unit. Meanwhile, another company was able to fix it without having to replace the unit and now he won't return my $3600 and deposit so I'm will take him to court. Be careful

The night of 9/5/22 our air conditioner stopped producing cold air. Immediately I placed a service request with America Home Shield. Through AHS, I was told someone was going to be out on 9/6 at 3pm to service our AC. Three o'clock comes around and no one has shown up or even called me. I called HAWK and asked them if there was a problem. There was a mix up in scheduling and we were promised someone would be out on 9/7 between 1pm and 3pm. I had cleared out my day to make sure I was home. One o'clock comes around and no phone communication and no one has shown up. I try calling HAWK, it goes straight to voice mail, I leave all of my info and wait. I also call AHS and ask if they can help, I told AHS two days in a row they did now show up or have any kind of communication with us. He assured me someone was going to be out on 9/8 between 12-3pm. Next day same thing, nothing. No one shows up to the house, and no call. At this point my home average during the day is 92 degrees inside. I have a teenage daughter, two elderly parents, and a dog. I sent my daughter and dog to her mothers for the time being. I again call HAWK, only this time the voice mail box is full, I cannot leave a message. Get back in touch with AHS, same thing, told me that someone was going to be out on 9/9 between 1-3pm. Can you guess what happened? That's right, no one showed up and no one called me. Again I try calling them, no one answers, and voice mailbox is full. By this time, I had called AHS again, to say the least I was irate. I wanted a new company to come out ASAP to look at this. I had already survived Fresno's hottest week with out AC. AHS tells me they reached out to HAWK and the same, someone will be out on 9/12. I've gone almost a week with out AC, what's another two days.. HAWK finally comes out, to look at the AC. Within 20 minutes the AC was up and running again. The two star rating is being generous. This has nothing to do with service. It has everything to do with communication between the customer and the business. Full voice mail boxes, and non calls regarding why no one has shown up is inexcusable and unacceptable. There was only two times I can communication with HAWK, one was when I initially called about service schedule, a phone call that I placed, and the second was on the day of service. Seeing how this is my first time dealing with HAWK, it fails to leave a positive impression. As of right now, would I use them again? Honestly, no I wouldn't. Is it a reason not to hire them? That's up to you, Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.
My AC units not working it’s going to be 109 degrees today and these guys didn’t show up to my morning appointment my baby can’t stand been inside the house. thanks for not showing and not answering
