Great guys, super honest work & I feel great about having chosen them to do my mini split installation. It works great, runs pretty quiet and cools down my entire place. Having reliable air conditioning has definitely been a blessing in this weather and I can’t thank these guys enough

Ed Bogner Mechanical did an awesome job.

They showed up within the scheduled time frame window of 2 hours (not some 8am - 8pm thing like other large companies).

They diagnosed an old thermocouple was the culprit for my inoperable furnace, replaced it and ran a few other diagnostics including making sure there were no carbon monoxide leaks.

They also walked me through what they did and how they diagnosed it, as a technician for other trades I really appreciate being educated on what's being worked.

Only billed for a basic inexpensive replacement part and one hour of service, no upselling which is what i look for in a good company.

While i cant speak for anyone other then myself, my experience was above and beyond! Would definitely recommend :)

I have used Ed Bogner’s services it the past and was impressed with the services that I received. .
I had occasion to need their services again recently and couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt service and the solution to my heating problem. The professionalism from the office staff and technician Bruce will keep me a customer for life!

We used Ed Bogner Mechanical in February to have a look at our heating system, which seemed weak and lacking air flow. The technician who came out to see us, Dave, was knowledgable, courteous, and professional. He took a thorough look at our system and said he would confer with his boss to develop a proposal to improve our system.

***We heard nothing for 5 MONTHS!***

We never received any follow up.Then one day in late July we get a bill for $287.80 with a deadline of 10 days! What nerve, don't contact us for 5 entire months, but then when it comes time for billing it's a rush and you have 10 days to pay up. We still never received any plan for improvements.

Clean, precise, friendly and very efficient. We love this company for any and all things mechanical especially furnace stuff.

Love them. Complete trust, amazing people, can't go wrong.
