00000_ZER0 STARS_WAS JUST TOLD BY AN ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL THAT NICK SHOULD HAVE NEVER TOLD ME MY AIRCONDITIONER COULD BE FIXED THE PLACE WHERE IT'S LEAKING FROM CAN'T BE REPAIRED. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I CAN TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.?
MY DAUGHTER THAT LIVES IN VIRGINIA FELT SO BADLY FOR ME.SHE CALLED NICK'S TELEPHONE#. A GENTLEMAN CLAIMING HIS NAME WAS MICHAEL TOLD MY DAUGHTER THAT NICK WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. IF I TOOK DOWN THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HE WOULD FIX MY AIRCONDITIONER. I TEXTED MICHAEL AND SAID OF COURSE IF HE WAS GOING TO BE A RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS MAN AND ACTUALLY FIX IT AND NOT CON ME LIKE NICK AND STEVEN. GUESS WHAT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. THEY CAN CHANGE THEIR NAMES BUT THEIR WORK ETHIC OBVIOUSLY HASNT.
NICK WILL SAY GOD BLESS YOU, TO MAKE THE CON EASIER. I'm going to email every single airconditioner company to notify them what kind of business men Nick and StevenValdez are representing their products. They cheated me out of 580.00 dollars. They blocked me. Instead of backing up their work. LE ROBAN A LA GENTE DON'T TRUST!! CHEATED meTHEY LIE ABOUT REPAIRS .DON'T TRUST NICK and STEVEN DON'T DO A GOOD JOB AND BLOCK YOUR CALLS WHEN YOU WANT TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THEIR REPAIR DID NOT WORK. UPDATE ON NICKS OFFER TO TO FUND ME FOR HIS BOTCHED JOB. ZÉRO STARS THEY LIE
If I could give Nick and Steven Valdez a double ZER0 I would they charged me 580.00 dollars for nothing my airconditioner is still not working I called, e-mailed texted and used their chat service. They blocked my number. I will be reporting them to the police, sheriff's department, Better Business Bureau and ask Channel 4 to investigate their fraudulent business. I've sent them emails and texts asking for them to repair it correctly but I was blocked Im asking for a refund so I can hopefully find a reputable company I was guided by the reviews here.
Otherwise I can't afford another repair I'm on a budget Believe me it was extremely hot in my house last night and even worse thinking about how I was CHEATED/CONNED I'm SO disappointed Nick was very polite I'm sure he has to be to cheat people out of their money.
Nick posted here that I would be reimbursed. I sent him a text to asking him about my reimbursement.. Nick once AGAIN did not respond. Nick Valdez mentioned that their phones were down. What about their, e-mail, chat service. A business would not go 3 days without phone or laptop service. I WAS NOT REIMBURSED.

Let me begin to say, that I leave in So. Cal and we had a crazy heat wave a couple of weeks ago, over 105°. My A/C stopped working late in the evening about 10pm, way after normal business hours, my house was getting hot by the minute, I was worried I was not going to find any A/C service company at that hour of the night, I started googling for companies in the area that could possibly answer their phone for emergency service. I called several A/C service companies and NO ONE anwered. THEN... I saw Husky Air A/C service and it said 24 hours service available, I still had doubts that I would get someone to pick up the phone after all the calls I made with no success. Well let me tell you that it was not the case. The number I called was the direct line to Nick, he answered the phone right away and was very nice and friendly. He told me he would be at my house in 30 mins and exactly in 30 mins he showed up it was after 11pm. He fixed my A/C the same night, not only that but he came back a few days after to clean it and make sure it was working properly.

Thank you Nick and Husky Air for the outstanding service. I have already shared this with all my friends and family. :)

AC went out at 7pm. Contacted Nick at 9pm and he came over at 10 pm. Was very professional and friendly! Capacitor was replaced at a very good price! Definitely use them for any HVAC need!!

If you need a great company to fix problems with your HVAC, well this company is the one. I searched the internet and had a few quotes before I found them. Most of the companies that came out were just scammers! I was so relieved to have Nick and Steve look at my a/c system. They were very polite, honest, friendly, conscientious and thorough with their assessment. They discovered the problem right away and explained the problem and the work that needed to be done very well. Nick also showed me the faulty part. They began the work right away and the job was completed in under an hour!! All this, with a very fair upfront cost. I can only tell you that the cost was a very small percentage of what other companies were trying to get me to pay, for a problem that turned out to be false. It feels so good to know that there are still honest and dependable companies in the world. I am so grateful to these guys for making our home cool and comfortable again during this very hot summer.

I made an appointment for AC service and both these guys confirmed via phone they were responding. Waited hours and neither showed up. They also refused to answer calls or text. Very unprofessional service which is a good indicator of the quality of their work also. Stay away from this lousy business in the inland empire.
