Spoke with someone 5/23 to make an appointment to have my HVAC serviced. Appointment scheduled for today (6/3) between 9-11AM. Called the company 6/2 requesting a copy of the insurance to provide to our HOA. No response from the company until 6/3. The woman who spoke to my wife lacked customer service and was rude/short. She also said that their servicer was double booked and couldn’t come until between 12-3PM. They never showed. Sooooo… I booked with another company that only charges $89 flat diagnostic fee versus Alessio charging $240/hr. Hard pass.
