I had an excellent experience with Reliance Air & Heater Repair. I started off with a brief discussion where the person gave me an fair ball park estimate on the new systems.. Then the person came out and was able to stick fairly close that estimate. So I am out of town but they were able to give my dad a new system in one day! And handle all the finances via phone! This company installed my air conditioner, and I have an annual maintenance contract with them, so I get at least bi-annual visits from their technicians. The people working here are very kind and hardworking.

I contacted Reliance Air & Heater Repair for routine maintenance on a Friday after close of business. The owner chatted with me and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Monday arrived and so did the technician right in time. He checked out the AC system and fixed some leaky duct work. We are ready for the summer. Very pleased with the work and customer service.

Reliance Air & Heater Repair tech preformed our annual AC review & service. He was so very through and professional. He sent me videos before the procedures and I personally saw the work upon completion. We purchased a renewal of our service contract. And got the ducts cleaned as well.
