Elite Heating & Air Conditioning

My service tech was fantastic. He called to see if it was okay to come a little early, He got right to it and had my condenser replaced and the AC working in 15 minutes. AWESOME! The company I had come out a year ago put a cheap condenser in that was quarranteed to blow out and it cost twice as much as Elite. I have already referred a friend.. if you are looking for an honest, reliable and competitive price, give them a call.

Jason the owner came out for the quote very promptly and was honest and comfortable to work with. He answered every single question we had no matter how big or small. He was able to check inventory and have our incredible new system to our house quickly and the installation took less than a day. 3 of them Including the owner and his son came out for the install and were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Definitely recommend.

Elite installed our system 4+ years ago and with the proper maintenance twice a year, the system has continued to run great. We always appreciate the friendliness and information provided after each maintenance call. Christian was our most recent tech and he was great.

I’ve tried other HVAC companies in the past but none of them can match the service provided by Elite. Since most of us take our HVAC needs seriously, why would you settle for anything less than the best? Elite is definitely the best!!!

Christian was my technician. Super cool dude and very professional. I called on a Sunday and I gladly paid the premium price. It was well worth it. He did a full diagnostic. He answered all of my questions and helped me feel confident that getting a new Carrier ac unit was the best route to take. He was surprised my 35yr old Carrier lasted as long as it did. I do reccomend this company to anyone who wants exceptional customer service and I will only go through them. Keep up the great work!

A/C maintenance was done then way it should be done . Tech explained what was done and said everything was in good shape . I was very pleased with the work .

We purchased a Bryant HVAC system with Elite after reviewing many different companies about 5 - 6 years ago. Since then I have had a technician come out 2 times a year for checking out the system that they installed. We recently moved and I called Jason/Elite to ask if they would come out to check out this unknown system to see what state it was in. Although somewhat out of their service area, the owner, came out and reviewed out system and installed a new wifi enabled thermostat system and provided us with an overview of our existing system. HVAC systems are complicated and when in crisis you need help. Elite and all of their staff have been professional, great at communication of the issues, thorough, and fair priced. We have just purchased an annual service contract with them, knowing that when this system needs a check up or, if something goes wrong, I can count on Elite to professionally and timely help me out! I don't write reviews often. This company is a great one you can count on!!

Update: I have my new AC. It works amazing, Christian and Jason were able to put it in under 5 hours, very professional, very knowledgeable, very efficient. The AC has the house so cool, I don’t even need to keep my extra fans. If you are looking for a new AC I would call Elite. You won’t regret it.
I called on Sunday because my AC was doomed. Spoke to Maryann who stated she could send someone out Monday. Today Christian came out, received a text that he was incoming. I asked him since my parents were elderly, if he come up with a temporary solution till we could get a new unit. He saw the damaged unit, immediately changed the part and the house is much cooler. We will be getting new one on Thursday. I will update you how it goes.

Fast, courteous, professional, friendly. Christian answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate before the repairs were made. I will use them for all of my heat and air conditioner needs in the future. I recommend. Monica V.

Called Elite Heating & Air Condition and they came out the same to diagnose my heating system. They new exactly what was wrong and repaired it the next day. Would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.
