This company is awesome. They have great prices and the value of their service is far more than what I paid for it. Their technician was so kind and knowledgeable. He made sure that I understood everything that needd to be done. The last thing I wanted was to have to get a new unit installed but Fenco made sure that the process was done quickly and without hassle. I have already started telling my neighbors about what a great company this is. I will continue to recommend them to everyone. Going forwad they are the only AC repair company that I will be using.

Owners response to my Request to resolve the problem I called them out for less than 90 days prior: “There is no such thing as warranty for Clearing out drains. Because the drains are existing and once the drain is cleared. We are not at fault if it clogs again.” The “drain” is not house plumbing but the drain overflow tubes specific to the AC and Coil. I could have cleared out a tube, the reason for professional support was to repair what’s causing clogging. I still asked for service even if it was to cost more but The owners ploy was then to claim his schedule was full for a Month. Of course I had to seek a different firm due to the 90+ degree weather.

Fenco is a private company that has many years of experience and has a professional and hard working owner...Mr Nabil, who is very knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended less expensive and more durable A/C units than other companies for our business. He was the one who gave us the estimate and explained on how the new system worked. I would recommend Fenco to anyone who needs to repair or replace big A/C units for their business and not only will you save a bunch of money but will also get a very clean work done.

Fantastic! My AC upstairs stopped working and I was concerned that this was going to be a difficult repair given my system is old. Nabil and his assistant came within hours after I called the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue easily. They are true professionals in this field and helped educate me on troubleshooting these systems. The costs of the repair were very reasonable and they even gave me a discount for some work. Nabil is very friendly and I will definitely call him soon to replace my older units once these can no longer be repaired. Our air-conditioning was the original that came with the home built in 1991. It was time for a replacement. They did a great job and gave a fair price. My neighbor also used them. We even agreed to put up. FENCO sign in front of our house for them for a little while. Very pleased with their service.

Father and son came to my house a few months ago because the thermostat they installed was acting erratically. Instead of suggesting that it needs battery replacement, they recommended a tune up or a new AC. We settled on a new thermostat that we paid over $250. But as it turned out, it only needs battery replacement. Beware of this company.
