I can't say enough about this company. They put a new furnace in my old place and the owner came out, personally, to talk me through it. I moved and when my system shut down I thought I had to have the installers out. They replaced a part and it failed again in less than a year. Had Eric’s Air & Heater Repair come out, 3 years ago, and haven't had anymore issues. That was Justin and that kid knows his stuff. Yesterday I had Scott out to service the unit and everything is running great. He was professional, friendly and cleaned the unit. My mom almost got ripped off by another company and is calling Eric’s Air & Heater Repair from now on. Thx so much y'all. I appreciate your employees and honesty.

All working now! I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the service I received from this air&heater repair service company last month. The technician did a great job of fixing my ac that was not turning off, which only took him an hour to accomplish. Also, their repair charge was very reasonable and within our budget. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their air&heater repair service to everyone I know!

We called our Home Warranty Co about an issue we were having with our air conditioning dripping water onto our ceiling. The warranty company sent out an AC company who suppose to have fixed the leak. After 2 weeks we experienced the same problem with the leak. I called Eric’s Air & Heater Repair because I’ve experienced their work before. Not only did the Tech Anthony Take care of the problem he was thorough in explaining to us what the problem was. He was very professional, knowledgeable and sincere in addressing our situation. I’ll NEVER use another. AC Company... We paid for Eric’s Air & Heater Repair versus going through our home warranty that’s how much faith I have in them when it comes to our Personel Home.
