B.C Heating and Air Conditioning

My newer system (installed by the contractor) stopped heating recently! Everything I tried with the newly installed nest thermostat did not help~ I wanted to support a local business up here in the mountains and called B.C. Heating and Air. Conner called and texted me to set an appt. He and Andrew arrived the next morning promptly at 9am. Fortunately, these two professionals could see quickly the issue was that a safety switch had tripped due to the filter being too dirty. Lesson learned! They reset the switch and system and replaced the dirty filter for me. I will not hesitate to use B.C. Heating and Air again in the future. Conner and Andrew both were very pleasant, courteous and professional, and the service call was very reasonable as well~

Carson and his team are simply THE BEST! We had BC Heating install a new heating system and AC. The guys showed up on time, were very efficient and professional. We also had them install an attic fan, which we love. I HIGHLY recommend BC Heating and AC! Call them! You will be glad you did!

Do not use this company you will regret it. They installed a heater for my ELDERLY mother and father in law. My mother in law suffers from multiple health problems and my father in law is also a veteran that suffers from multiple health conditions. The installation was very poor to the point that it caused problems with the unit and functionality. So the unit stopped working completely and my mother and father in law were getting sick. When asked to come back to correct the problem he came out for 5 minutes merely looked at it, said it was ok then left very abruptly. Needless to say it was not ok the LED indicator was still flashing red indicating a FAULT condition and the furnace would not turn on. The unit is supposed to be under warranty so everything should be covered right? Wrong! So he wants $125 to come out and fix what they supposedly fixed yesterday even though its under warranty. Save yourself some time and money and call someone else. You will only regret it if you do business with this company I would give them 0 stars if it were a possibility. There are way better skilled and way cheaper services available out there don't get taken advantage of as well thanks for looking.

Cody was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. The ducting was too small so they replaced it with materials on his truck. Cody answered all my questions and the price was lower than expected. I will use again.

Excellent experience , talented individuals, knowledgeable, and the pricing was more then reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And I can promise you I would for sure use them again in the future.
