The installers were polite and professional. They protected the flooring with heavy tarps. They answered all my questions. When the work was done, they cleaned up the worksite and even vacuumed the floor.

The repairman was so polite and friendly and very efficient - able to install my air conditioner and improvise to make sure it would fit in my windowpane (without any hot air sneaking in).. Wonderful job..

he service tech checked out my unit and said everything is working fine but the drain pipe had come off so he reattached it and drained the unit. I am really happy with the tech who came out!
