John our technician showed up early, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He explained everything clearly and we were extremely satisfied with the service.

I had an old, leaking tub and shower faucet I originally wanted repaired to avoid the cost and mess of a replacement. Jim went above and beyond to find the discontinued parts but before they could ship, the faucet started to run continuously - there was no way I could wait. Thankfully, he was able to come out the next day to do a replacement.

From beginning to end, I was impressed by the care and concern Jim took in keeping everything clean, from transporting his tools and equipment to clean-up. He did a great job working with the existing plumbing - the new handle and spout look fantastic! Brother's Plumbing exceeded my expectations; Jim was nothing less than professional and punctual, he communicated well and was very fair with pricing.

Woke up this morning with water falling through my ceiling from my attic. Made 3 calls to other plumbers, and was told it would be 2 to 3 days before anyone can be there. Still searching I called Brothers and left my info (6am). About 10 minutes later my phone rings, it’s Jim from Brothers. He tells me he can have someone there by noon. 11:30 John shows up, finds the leak, fixes it and gone in just over an hour! Very fare price too! I definitely recommend them 💯! They will be my first call next time!!

John was wonderful. In spite of the hot weather and a holiday weekend he followed through on everything. Very professional and super nice as well. Highly recommend.
