The technician is very nice, and very professional. He did the inspections very fast and find the issues accurately. He did well prepared for my case and replaced the bad parts with new one on the same visit professionally and very fast. We are so happy that the broken A/C system was fixed so fast and neatly. Are AC condenser stopped working on the hottest day of the year (Labor Day) right before we had family and friends coming over for a party. My wife was panicking to locate a AC repair Co. She left two messages with no responses. I remembered a friend of mine called Icee Hot AC and Heating said Bernie the owner was responsive, Very Professional and well organized. So I called Icee Hot and Bernie answers the phone and I told him our dilemma and He said he could be there within 20mins. That he was on the road. Bernie showed up within 20 mins in 15mins our AC was working again. I forgot what the part had to be replaced but he had a pretty good inventor of parts on his utility truck.
