Five Stars - Especially in Customer Service and Making the Consumer a Priority
We reached out to Mark and his company on the weekend when our 'big box' company "couldn't fit us in" until Monday. At that point, we had been without heat for 3 nights. Our home was 50 degrees and the thermostat was dropping on the cold nights. Our unit is brand new, installed in July, and within warranty, but the 'big box company' we purchased from couldn't make us a priority or fit us in. This is also our fifth call to them at this point. We decided we needed to look elsewhere.
We called Mark at All Air. Mark responded right away. He was at our house - on the weekend, mind you - within an hour and without question. He serviced our unit successfully and we had heat! He was responsive, informative, educated us on the issues at hand, and stuck around for several hours to make sure his fix held.
We would highly recommend All Air to anyone who is looking for a mom-n-pop shop who cares and is qualified. He made us feel at ease and got the job done with kindness. We sincerely appreciate him and the team after the weeks of frustration with our 'big box' company.
