I had what I thought was going to be a very simple fix of a clogged drain. The first day that Brandon came out to my home, he also thought the same thing. He tried everything to figure out why my bathtub was not draining, even going under the tub and doing as much as he could on his own. He assured me that he would be back with another coworker so that they could investigate further and although it took three times, Brandon did not give up. It turned out that it was not just a backed up drain but a shotty plumbing job done by a previous owner and Brandon worked hard to find a fix that would not cost me an arm and a leg. Brandon was always kind, friendly and professional and explained everything to me step-by-step so that I understood and was comfortable with all of the decisions that were made. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very prompt, and helpful. Serviceman spent close to one hour looking for the sewer pipe. Performed the cleaning in a very efficient manner.

Our toilet water water was backing up into our showers. I called them at 10:30pm on Sunday night and they showed up at my door @11pm. Took care of the problem right there and then! Very professional and quick! Highly recommend them!

I needed a water heater installed, to take the place of a tankless that wasn't working for us. It took several times for them to even show up to do the bid. After getting the bid, they failed to come on time, or come at all. The day they were supposed to do the installation, I called because they were over an hour late. They were supposedly "10 minutes away". Ten minutes later they called my husband and said that they "had the wrong stuff and had to go back to Chico to pick it up"... two hours later, they still had not come so we called and cancelled the installation. Very disappointed since when Gordon Gibbon was working on the tankless, he was always prompt, knowledgeable and hard working.

Gordon Gibbons and now with his team at Mr. Rooter has been serving our needs here in Chico for over 10 years. Always on time and at the ready for any issues, 24/7. Can't say enough good things about how happy we are with the service and the efficiency along with the responsiveness.

We have used Mr. Rooter multiple times over the years but today we were fortunate to use one of their techs, Kamon, who was so positive, knowledgeable and helpful.
We had a drainage issue related to a laundry drain with 50+ year old pipes. When just snaking didn’t resolve he removed the inside portion to get better access and to switch to PVC piping.
He went above and beyond with everything he did and made us feel well taken care of. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter again and even request Kamon.

Had a couple different plumbers come out to fix a sewage issue and they couldn’t help me. Steve and Kam from Mr. Rooters in Chico were very responsive and friendly and seemed to fix what others couldn’t with ease. Very knowledgeable and professional.

It was great the gentleman was on time service was well done he was very personable. Would recommend the company and him as a service technician.
