So easy decision. I went with Professional option heating and Air Conditioning, scheduled it at a time where I'd be at work but I had a family member at the house to coordinate. They were fantastic. They got everything done in a day, and even came back the next day to set up a thermostat I'd purchased that didn't come in the day they were here. Adam even called me the day of installation to check in with me about an issue with the roof. Not his fault and it was really minor, but I appreciated him calling and asking me what I wanted rather than just proceeding and hoping I wouldn't notice. This process was genuinely seamless. The crew was great (and they were super friendly to my dog, an added bonus), they left zero mess, and it was a good deal financially. Their honesty has gained my trust, recommendation, and business for life.
