Max showed up within 2 hours of my call and quickly diagnosed the issue. It looked like I was facing a very expensive repair or just having to replace the furnace entirely. However, thanks to Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair Chatsworth, he took the time to run the serial number of my furnace and found that I had just over 2 weeks remaining on my 10-year warranty (something that completely escaped my mind)! This covered all the parts needed for repair and left me with a much smaller bill for his labour. We are doing a complete remodel of our building. Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair tech did a great job replacing our asbestos heating ducts and vents. His team also removed several ducts and vents that we no longer need. Pricing was fair and they completed work as expected. We would definitely hire them again!

Christmas Day. Realized the hot water was running out. Tried to restart the pilot light but no luck. Called Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair Chatsworth and they answered! He was able to come by the next day, and figured out a replacement part was needed. Remember, this is in the middle of holidays! Once Christmas, Boxing Day, and the weekend passed, he was able to obtain the replacement part and come back to to complete the repair. It's been working great since. Great job!

They’ve been great in fixing my ac in the past. I recently called to have a furnace maintenance. The scheduler was awesome and the repairman was thorough and detail oriented. We still have some hot days ahead of us, but my furnace is ready for the winter!

Our 20 year old furnace broke down on one of the coldest nights so far this year. Luckily our neighbor had their furnace just replaced by High life and recommended that we use them as well. They came quickly and had it replaced the next morning. They did a good and clean job. I would recommend them.
