Not only did he make a thorough inspection of our heating/cooling system but he also took great pains to investigate a possible leak we had. It turns out that we didn’t have a leak at all and he was able alleviate our concern. He SLO took extra special care in replacing the filter. Highly recommended.

Chatsworth Discount Air Service tech team assessed why our furnace gave off an electrical lingering burnt smell. He examined everything providing a clear explanation of what our options would entail. He was a polite, very pleasant, informative and thorough, everything a polished professional ought to be. He went back to the office and returned with 2 portable heaters until our situation is resolved. We consider ourselves blessed to have had him give us a service visit.
