I have a Viking refrigerator and know the repairs on them can take a long time. Which is why I was surprised how quickly I got a repair done. In over 10 years of experience with appliance companies I've never had an issue fixed in under 48 hours, these guys stand alone. They gave me a really good service. Not only did they work quickly and efficiently, they also explained to me how to avoid breakdowns in the future, I'm happy.

I have worked with Trinity 2 separate times now and I was very pleased on both occasions. The first time they fixed a compressor issue for my frigidaire fridge (they also threw in a complimentary maintenance free of charge). The second time they recommended I replace my much-too-old washer. I was about to write them a check for the diagnostics, but they refused to charge me. Instead they gave me a very good lead on a hefty whirlpool washer which I’m now a happy owner of.

Trinity showed up and they were prompt and polite. Upon diagnosing my refrigerator they made a recommendation not to perform a lengthy repair even though it would have made them money. I highly recommend these honest knowledgeable professionals.

Amazing customer service, guys. I had a Samsung refrigerator that I wanted to get fixed, so I called around noon expecting this to be a whole ordeal. The techs made a great effort to have everything fixed the same day. They were very professional and cleaned everything after they were done.

Although we had a difficult intermittent power problem with our GE dishwasher, which required several visits and testing out different replacement parts, technician Andrew Lee did not give up and succeeded with the repair. He was always responsive and let me know his ETA or if running late. I appreciate that the company kept with the original estimate they provided, too.

I had to disconnect a gas line from my dryer and was too scared to do it on my own. The technicians who came by were super nice and were totally understanding and helpful. They offered to charge me nothing for it, which is pretty amazing considering they are risking their health and safety coming in to people's houses during COVID. I can't recommend them enough.
