Relaxed Heating & Air Inc.

This company is the words ever, they lay and make false accusations, I' don't know anything about AC and they make a very bad report to my insurance saying I beat up my AC, plus they are assuming I did moved the whole unit, who come out with this false accusations... I got creasy!!.. the technician that come to check the unit, was nice and he respond all my questions, the problem was the motherboard and the controller, why they are changing the whole story in a bad way.

Technician disconnect my AC before he leave because he said the controller will fix everything and they will replace it.

Now, cables are loose, I call many times trying to talk to the general manager and he is never there.

I found more cases like my in the reviews, false reports were made.

Never use this company, there is hundreds out there.

Reviews in this page are paid, I count more one start than anything. this is a shady incompetent company.

We had great service from this company. They were reliable, on time and did the work even earlier than the time they quoted.

Relaxed has amazing Customer service, i really like how every question i had they had an amazing answer. They helped me understand what needed to be done. If i needed help with payment someone was there to help. The technician i had was amazing as well. When he came out he explained the issues and even had the office call to explain what the next steps would be. I will be using Relaxed heating and air anytime i run into any issue with my HVAC.

Despite giving me a large arrival window, between 9am and 2pm, I was kept informed as to the technician’s actual arrival time. The technician was on time, friendly and informative.

Eugene was most helpful. He found a small problem and fixed it appropriately. He was very professional and attentive

The work was well done, our old ac unit went bust and they did an amazing job to replace it.

Relaxed was very prompt in sending a technician, and my A/C thermostat was replaced with no issues.

I was referred to Relaxed Heating and Air Inc. by American Home Shield. And I am so glad I was. Their professionalism and concern for their customers was amazing. Scott , who answered my calls was very polite and helped this job done as fast as possible. And their technician, Vladimir, was very polite and knowledgeable. He was understanding about my problem and went above and beyond to take care of my heating problem. I would happily recommend this business to family, friends and strangers!!!

The Technicians were very nice and friendly. However, after two technicians diagnosed the problem, I still have the noise coming from my HVAC system. The problem was not fixed.
