I am a retired homeowner that has replace at least 6 hvac units on my 36 year old house and I am lucky I found these folks. I have no vested interest in their company and this review was not requested by them or anyone. You can not go wrong with your purchase thru them.

Beyond the usual yearly checkups, this year we had some serious work done to resolve for the corporate cheap (tissue thin) copper coils that leaked coolant after only four years post system install. Quality Heat & AC repair did an incredibly amazing job, our AC part of the system is now better than new, much better!

Our heater went out over Christmas weekend on that Sunday, I texted Jon to see if they were working Monday to come look at our unit. He set up the appointment and we're at our house by noon, Monday....unfortunately our system was original when the house was built in the early 90's and was going to need a major repair to fix. We went ahead and decided to go ahead and have our complete Quality Heat & AC repair replaced since we kept having problems in the past with our AC.

I've called other companies on Thursday regarding my heater acting up but this company was the only one where staff actually asked what seems to be the issue with my heater. Other companies just brushed it off saying they'll have to come in to check it anyways so don't need to hear what's going on.

I was helping my mother who was hospitalized for a stroke. I knew she was in need of a full HVAC change out. She had the original unit. It was a builder great (surprised it lasted this long), but was thrown together like a kids science project. Her ducts were not hung, it had a coil plenum which was blowing condensation into the ducts. It wasn't pulling enough air due to the size of the existing return. It was a hot mess. I called the company that did mine but soon felt I wanted another opinion. So I got multiple estimates. As soon as I met these guys I knew I wanted to do business with them. They were trustworthy, really talked through the process and made me feel at ease. Plus they are veterans! It was a no brainer. The team worked all day. They rearranged the unit in the attic, fixed all the ducts, replaced all the vents, added an additional return, supply and cleaned up after. We now have more space in the attic! The comfort level has greatly improved and the team did an amazing job. I wish I had found them sooner and have done my own HVAC change out a few years back. My neighbor was so impressed that he also hired them for a full replacement! Kudos to Quality Heat & AC repair. Customer for life. I didn't believe all the 5 star reviews but they are really worthy.

Just had Quality Heat & AC repair service for the install of ductless system in all of the upstairs bedrooms in my house that we're in the process of fully renovating. They came in and banged it out in a day. The thing I'm most pleased with is the fact that they were able to look at the house and figure out a smart way to route the lines within dead space inside a little soffit under a short section of the roof between the first and second floor. Doing that essentially hid the lines inside the wall and made the installation look super clean on the outside of the house. That's a big thing for me when an installation looks organized, clean and well thought out. It's a subtle thing but it makes a big difference. I had actually brought in two of the larger HVAC companies to quote and neither of them recognized that line routing option that Quality Heat & AC repair saw and they were both pushing to have two separate lines in the outside of the house, which as you can imagine would not have been ideal. Highly recommended
