Canoga Park Heating & Air Conditioning

Since day 1, I have had a great experience with Canoga Park Heating & Air Conditioning. When I first bought my home, the AC went shot in a couple months. CPHAC came in and presented me with a lot of options and they installed a brand new AC unit for my condo. It worked great! Their staff calls me every so often to schedule maintenance and they are always on top of it. My AC was not cooling this morning (LA Summer) and I panicked. I set up an appointment online and they called me immediately. They were able to get a tech out within a couple hours and the tech was on time, kept me updated, presented me with options, and did a great job! I am so happy I pursued CPHAC for their work! Highly recommend!!

Jose is very good at explaining any issues he finds during the routine maintenance in terms that I could understand. He is professional, on time and willing to answer questions. The office staff is also very good.

Miguel was my technician. He was excellent in every way. He alerted me to what could have become a huge problem with the air conditioning unit.

Got their name from Carrier for a certified Carrier technician. From reception and scheduling to service technician this was an amazing experience. Came out next day 8am. Received text appt confirmation, text with photo ID of technician for 30 minute on the way notification. Johnny knew pretty much right away our mother board was fried. Had to wait.5 days for it to come from somewhere else (in the country (not In Canoga Park’s control) to ship but they ordered it while Johnny was still at my house
and had a ship date for me. Before he left the house. Follow through with the scheduler was great, he reserved my repair date ahead of the part arriving. I called a few days later to check status of the part and it was in. I asked if they could come today instead of tomorrow’s pre scheduled appt. He was able to come within the hour and had the ac cooling within 45 minutes of being here. Will definitely use again.

Kevin was thorough, efficient, courteous and not afraid to do the work involved to properly diagnose the real issue. He cleaned the clogged coil and the dirt and lint clogging the outside unit. All this was after the company (whom I will not name but never use again!) that provides regular maintenance on my system told me there was nothing they could do and I need to install a brand new system ($12000!). Two thumbs up for Canoga Park HVAC!!!!!

I have used Canoga Heating and air for at least 20 years. They haven’t disappointed me yet. Greg Castro is a great technician and I appreciate his expertise and happy disposition. Most of all I trust him.

Super professional, on time, knowledgeable... did a thorough inspection of (3) HVAC systems and quick turnaround on full report, estimates for repair, service, etc. That's why we're going on 20 years of using Canoga Park H&AC.

Jose is prompt, efficient and diligent. He has been the consummate professional and repaired my HVAC and thermostat with integrity. His Company is lucky to have him as a representative and doing its work. Glad to have met him.

I have had them over the years service my heating and A/C. Dave came out to give me a bid to put in dual heating and A/C. He was so informative, professional and knowledgeable. I love the job they did. They were clean, fast and so accommodating. One year later now I had an issue and they came out...no questions asked and fixed the issue at no cost to me. No arguing but just a friendly attitude and Bob said “We need to get a team out immediately” which they did. And the issue had nothing to do the the dual heating or A/C. Johnny came out and he is great and has great respect for your property. Very friendly and polite. I highly recommend them!

Greg Castro was the technician who diagnosed and repaired my AC blower motor. This is the first time I have ever left a recommendation for a company and their technician but Greg really impressed me with his manners and the way he presented himself and how he explained the issue and what had to be done to fix the system. I will ask for him every time (not too often) great job!
