Excellent service provided by Timo! Finally got around to doing maintenance and service on our furnace since we moved in and the job was beautifully and professionally done. Prices are definitely good value with this company!

I had a recent terrible experience with this company. My main issue is that their rep came to my home and insisted that I needed a full replacement of my system. When asked why? "He explained, " Because your system takes R-22 and that coolant was phased out in 2019" I asked if there was any left to be purchased. He stated no, I quickly fact checked that info only to find out that R-22 will be phased out 2020 and is still available and it the cost online was 17.00 to 33.00 a pound. When I showed him the information on my phone he backed up and then stated that they could get R-22 but it would cost us $80.00 a pound and it would take 4-6 hours to find the leak at $150 an hour. So I would be better off with a new system. That is at least $5000 installed. There was no mention of environmental issues at all. I was by that time Irate! I caught this rep dead to rights in at least 3 lies. I was lucky enough to find another HVAC professional who was able to locate my systems leak immediately as a loose valve cap. He recharged my system for a total price of $500.00. I am sure we will receive some response from this company to the effect of taking the high road regarding environmental issues etc. What they fail to be able to explain is the core issue. Their rep lied about R-22 phase out in 2019, and then lied about the availability and cost. Only upon being presented with alternative facts did he back peddle and change his stance to the extreme expense of repair. which was also another lie to manipulate me and make me fearful to buy a system from their sales team. So anything that is a response from this company can be expected to be at best only partially true based on the out right lies told to me at the beginning. So all these wonderful reviews.. Are you sure you needed a new system? I would recommend never working with any company who has a "sales" team and fancy trucks they need to pay for. Better go local with honest mom and pop shops.

We had an electrical issue that damaged our furnace. Even during these strange times. Jim was dispatched within an hour. Very appreciative for his professionalism and commitment to customer service. The team in the office were great too. Will definitely use them to upgrade our HVAC equipment. If you have problems, call them ASAP!

My contractor friend has been using Residential Heating and Air Conditioning for years, and he recommended them to me. They replaced 2 heating units for me in two different properties and I am very satisfied with their competence and customer service. Cathy, Trina and the technicians are all experienced professionals, and working with them is always a positive experience. I highly recommend them!

Robert and the performance team were outstanding. The energy audit was comprehensive and the analysis was easy to understand. Robert sat down with my wife and I to explore the options for improving the energy efficiency of our home.
Once we agreed on the scope of work, the Residential Energy Pro performance team implemented the plan. Each step in the work plan was explained to us and all our questions were answered. The workers were courteous and attentive to detail. By the time they left each day, it was impossible to tell that they had been in our home.
We were very pleased with the work and recommend Residential Energy Pros without hesitation.

I just had a ductless Mitsubishi AC unit (12K BTU) installed in master bedroom. The whole experience has been very professional. Nick advised us on a plan for both ducted and ductless AC for our home. He was on time for our appointment, replied to any questions/concerns that I had via e-mail and provided an estimate on time. Spencer was our service pro who did a very good job installing both indoor and outdoor units, ensured that the work area was clean when he was done and finished the job on time (one day). The quality of workmanship was excellent too. Today he pressure tested the unit, which checked out and finally he explained how to operate the unit and remote control and answered my questions. I highly recommend Residential Heating and AC.

I would like to say that I think your company did a great job on my house. Chris is a good guy to deal with and you have a valuable employee there! I would happily recommend your company to anyone I know and if you would like a testimonial on the internet somewhere, please let me know. You are one of the few companies I would recommend out of all the subs on my job…and there are only a couple. So, thank you for the great service. It’s nice to know there are still companies that do give good customer service out there.

Worked here for a number of years. Working for Residential really changed the way I had previously felt, in regards to the HVAC trade. Previous companies I worked for were terrible experiences, they were pushy, and would prioritize quantity of the jobs sold and the speed in which they can get them finished vs. The quality of the work being performed.
Working here was the opposite. Quality work was first and foremost. Taking the time to install each system the way they are designed to be installed and work at peek performance.
We installed equipment with a high level of craftsmanship. Prioritized the manufacturers specifications related to each unit and following the instructions. We all took pride in the work we did. Aesthetics was very important to us all. The entire team would compete against each other, to put together the best looking installation possible, something you'd see in a home improvement magazine cover. They have loyal and phenomenal men that work as a team still till today.
I do the best I can with my hvac business by trying to follow after Cathy's leadership skills.
I don't know how she does it, but it's harder to be the boss than it looks from the installers point of view.
She's a phenomenal leader and contractor.
I'm not to prideful to admit this, but I do try to mimic her style of how to run an HVAC business, but those are some big shoes to fill.

I was so impressed with their service and professionalism that I wrote to the owner.
Hi Cathy,
I wanted to let you know about the excellent service I received from Nick
Mott while deciding upon central air for my home. Nick was very thorough and
professional. Offered several suggestions about how to cool and heat a house
that includes a not well thought out second story addition (by the previous
owner).
Nick was always punctual with his replies and willing to review and look at
alternatives to the recommended approach.
I wanted to let you know this for two reasons. I received text message with an amount to install
AC in my home from another installation company (they spent 15 minutes in my home). Nick's quote was 1,300 more. I liked Nick's professionalism and the way he represented your company with detailed quotes, pricing and caveats. The first company would not provide a detailed quote and did not give me the level of service provided by Nick. This was a warning. Second, by the time the AC is installed it will be the end of September. Not really a season which will require AC for a few
months. This coupled with the recent stock market decline had me seriously considering waiting until April or May. I went ahead and signed the contract today purely because I liked Nick's approach to the sale, the professionalism of your company and felt he deserved to close it. (I run a sales organization.)
Lastly, I had a few members from your team in my home a year or two ago to fix my
Bryant furnace which was installed improperly when I purchased it in 2008.
Since then, no issues. This was the reason I came back to your company which
costs more but I had confidence that you instill quality in their work and
hire good people.
I am looking forward to having the AC installed and the work done by your
professional team.

We've used Residential Heating for almost two decades now, and they are truly a cut above the rest. Here's an example: technician Hassan just left our house after our regular scheduled maintenance today. Most repair guys sort of mumble “everything’s OK” as they’re slinking out the door. Hassan’s customer communications with us have always been Way Stellar. First a top line view ("Everything looks good."), and then a bit of a window into the future ("As the systems get toward their end of life we’ll do a cost/ benefit analysis if something bigger fails in the system.") and then an actual parting note ("Well, I’m headed out, and obviously if anything happens in between our regular maintenance visits, give us a call. Have a good weekend."). Owner Cathy Haire runs a company with motivated employees with a great service attitude and a drive to both inform customers and keep them happy. Bravo!
