My kitchenaid fridge in the garage starting misbehaving and I reached out to these folks for diagnostic. Their diagnostic fee was very reasonable and they scheduled the service the very next day of my call. Two guys showed up in the scheduled time slot and they helped me understand the problem with my fridge in layman terms. I am definitely reaching out to them again if any of my other appliances have a problem.

Hired Global Appliance Repair to fix my house air conditioner in May and then recently to repair a True GDM refrigerator. The tech Artem did a great job and everything was working well after he fixed it. Great job!

On a Sunday morning, we realized our dryer was not working. Global Appliance Repair was actually open, and by 4pm everything was fixed! Dennis was on time, able to diagnose the problem, and fix it within the span of 45 minutes. Very respectful and communicative. Excellent all around!

Dennis was effective, fast and took care of our leaky washing machine in less than three hours! We had multiple plumbers and one other technician come and none were able to diagnose the issue. Dennis saw it was the gasket that had a hole in it (PSA: make sure not to leave pens in your pockets before laundering!). I recommend their service and would call them again.

I was having problem with my ice maker not making ice. As I googled for repair services in my areas, Global Appliance Repair popped up as a google certified company with great reviews. I called the number but found it was easier to schedule online. Dennis came out as scheduled and reset certain parts of the ice maker and get it working again. Like the ability of scheduling appointment online but not so easy to cancel as you have to call the main number and leave a message.

I used the services of this company a couple of times, and both times I was satisfied with the quality of the work done. I like the company because experienced craftsmen work here, and the prices for services are not high. Recently ordered a repair of a washing machine. The master quickly found the cause of the breakdown, and eliminated it. After repair, the washing machine works like new. Thanks.

Had a dryer that was giving me trouble for months at end repaired by technician Dennis. He was pretty quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Even did some vacuuming on the inside of the machine even though it was not strictly related to the current problem. Now that I think of it, this probably helped him work faster overall, as it is likely more difficult to work with very dirty machines, but it is not the first time this machine got serviced, he was the first one to bother. It seems that he is proud of his work. Also, my dog loved him(and vice versa), which is always plus.
