Joe’s Plumbing & Heating was wonderful to work with. They responded quickly to my call for Help! My water heater was replaced within hours of me noticing that we were having a problem. Our technician, John A. was wonderful and quite professional, yet personable all at the same time. His work is impeccable. I recommend this company 100%! I received a recommendation for their services also! One good recommendation deserves another!

Our water heater needed to be changed. I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and they sent a person to repair it within 2 hours. Jeremy and Zach did a fine job. They were very professional and experienced. I will use Joe’s Plumbing & Heating again in the future and would encourage anyone else to call them because of their superior service. Our water heater was on its way out, we decided it was time for a new one after fixing it time and again. Called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating they were able to come out the next morning and install it quickly and went over all the new updates on the heater and emergency shut off info. Tony was very professional and fair in his pricing, and a very nice guy. Would definitely recommend using them!

Our old water heater started leaking this morning. It was end of life. I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating. They took my information and told me to expect the technician to call around mid-day. Alex (technician) actually called me within one hour and was at my house 10 minutes later. Alex was very professional and polite. He performed all required code upgrades and completed installing the new water heater in about 1-1/2 hours. Alex provided a complete estimate before starting the work and he took care of everything, including drying out the water leak and sweeping up afterword. I couldn’t be more pleased with Alex and with Joe’s Plumbing & Heating. They respond quickly, professionally, and come completely equipped with a new water heater and with all of the parts and tools needed to complete the job. Very quick and very professional service!

Our water heater began leaking yesterday evening, and after placing a call that was promptly answered in a very friendly and concise manner, a technician was onsite at our home first thing this morning. The tech, Dillon, was very friendly and professional in walking me through the process. Moreover, today is July 4th!
