Wonderful experience. Needed some maintenance to our HVAC after purchasing a home. Easy to schedule via phone and they proactively reached out to offer earlier scheduling times for both our initial estimate visit and the actual work.
Bob was exceptionally kind and professional. Service was high quality, timely, and reasonably priced.

After I received from CalClimate their maintenance reminder postcard, I called them and set up my appointment with Mike who arrived on time within the 2 hour window. Everything is working fine and I was pleased with their overall service just like last year which is excellent.

I've been using Cal Climate for about three years and I couldn't be more satisfied with their responsiveness and professionalism. From the person who answers the phone and schedules appointments to the servicemen, they're always so nice to deal with. I always schedule a routine preventative service each May or June and this year Mike was my serviceman. He gave me an excellent explanation about how to choose a filter for my HVAC system that would enable it to work most efficiently and require fewer changes. The invoice for the service came through email with a mechanism to pay it online which made this the easiest home maintenance service I have had to deal with. Kudos to Cal Climate!

Cal Climate is the best! Recently, our central heating system completely stopped working. Fortunately, Cal Climate sent out Mike, who immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve it. Along with being very personable & professional, Mike arrived exactly on time and went right to work on the problem. This is the second time that we have used Cal Climate (the first time was for our AC system), Overall, Cal Climate charges a very reasonable price for superb work!

They are good at what they do. They can find a way to make your hvac unit work, even with hick ups and challenges. They gave me a better price than the other companies, and everything was included. They didn't make it complicated. The only thing that I would say they could improve is to have someone answer the phone a little more often, maybe have one of th he secretaries answer and ask to put the callrr on hold? However, they always have returned my calls within 24 hours. I recommend them to family and friends. One of the best companies I've used and I will keep going back to them.

Bob & the Cal Climate crew have been keeping my system running for years. They went above and beyond when it started throwing error messages. They made sure it was fixed right and that the fix lasted. Very impressed with their dedication and customer service.
