Complete plumbing and hvac technician was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed a water replacement job within the previously provided estimated range and performed the replacement without any surprises. He wore PPE and booties and voluntarily disclosed his COVID vaccination status. We would use them again based on the quality service.

Complete plumbing and HVAC always does a good job for me, be it for HVAC or plumbing. My furnace was not working properly and though it took two visits (two separate problems) they were quick to diagnose and repair the problems, very pleasant to deal with and now my heat works like a charm!

One plumber from complete plumbing and hvac came out to replace my water heater. He explained everything, got the job done quickly and the new assembly looks as tight as 2 coats of paint.

Complete plumbing and hvac was the only HVAC Company that came through in an urgent situation. My place was without AC on a hot night and after two other companies gave me wide windows of arrival times, then kept me waiting until the early hours of the morning to only cancel; complete plumbing and hvac tech came through in under an hour even though i called them after midnight! They had the problem fixed promptly and charged a reasonable rate. They are now my go to company.

The technician showed up with a mask. He was able to resolve the issue with our AC unit and get it running again. Our problem started when the thermostat stopped working. My husband bought a new one, but then the compressor would not turn on. Complete plumbing and hvac technician was able to find a disconnected cable that was making the new thermostat not to run. In the future, we will always call them for our AC unit’s needs. (Especially because a different company technician told us that he couldn't fix it and we needed to buy a new ac unit )

We had a furnace and AC maintenance done by complete plumbing and hvac recently and they were AWESOME!! Extremely professional and polite, answered all our questions, and made great suggestions. Not to mention our furnace is working better than it has in years. Thank you!!

.My tenant calls me in the morning saying AC is not blowing cold, pretty serious on April 2nd. I look in Google and find Complete plumbing and HVAC and give them a call at 8:30. They say someone will come 10:30-12N. Guy comes at 10:30, diagnosis in 30 min for a new capacitor and work is done 30 min after that. Bam! Thank you so much! Won't forget who to call next time!

Quick, great duct cleaning. Installed air scrubber and have reduced the pollen count In Our house. Well worth the investment and we have stopped taking allergy medicine and also lower blood pressure! Called these guys on a Friday night , they were there early next morning. They kept me informed on what was going on with my unit. The unit needed a small repair. They took care of everything at a great price. Thank you for your great service.

The young man that came to our rescue was polite, knowledgeable, thorough and we greatly appreciated him. He did a great job under very stressful circumstances. We had multiple leaks in our waterline in a vaulted ceiling (about 18' high). The tech worked at it from both directions, until he had repaired every leak, explaining what and why for each step. I highly recommend them for the great job.
