Chris and his team were excellent. Chris was knowledgeable and helped us pick the right furnace and a/c units to replace the central air units we had He was reasonable and a pleasure to work with throughout the process, was fair in dealing with the unexpected, and he and his team were prompt and timely and worked hard to put in the new system to our satisfaction. And you always felt chris had our interest in mind. For instance, he got us an upgraded 16 seer a/c when available at the same price as the 14 seer in his original proposal. We are very glad we used Precision Air Solutions.

Chris and his crew were very professional, came on time, worked well into the evening to get our AC installed. Pricing was competitive; we were able to get the AC unit we wanted that was within our budget. Chris took his time explaining our options and the best solutions for installation. Excellent service. Needed to update/Replace my AC unit since it was extremely old and taking a beating with the recent heat waves and Smokey days. Originally, I received a quote from a “professional establishment which was.. needless to say, very discouraging. My wife and I decided to wait until next year to make the upgrade, but a friend of mine recommended Precision Air, and I got a visit from Mr Morimoto and he was very friendly and very professional. The price he gave us was so much lower than the other company that my wife and I decided to make the update without delay. I’m very happy with the service, professionalism and the price!! Installation went great, 2 technicians removed the old furnace and replaced with a new furnace and added air conditioning. Very difficult job since they had to remove the 32 year old furnace and wire inside of my garage and attic. Superb wiring, 5 star rating. Thanks again, Gilbert, Manny, Milton and Chris!

Chris was very knowledgeable with his product. During our initial assessment of what was needed for our home we discussed all avenues (too much and not enough A/C, equipment size and dimensions, causes and effects). When we made the final decision on what A/C unit to go with there was no doubt that we chose the correct unit.

My thermostat died overnight. I called Precision Air Solutions and within the hour my call was returned y owner Christopher. He came to my home with a new thermostat which he promptly installed. I would very highly recommend Precision Air Solutions.

We replaced our furnace and air conditioner. Techs were on time, knowledgeable and professional. Work was completed on time at a fair price for top of the line equipment. Techs were also very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Would defintiely use them again.
