bravo heating and air conditioning

I rarely leave reviews but Bravo came out to my house for some much needed maintenance and a tune up on our heating and AC system since it's been so cold... and well the summer is coming up too. I can't say nothing but great things. They were clean, honest, and you can tell they have plenty of experience. My husband usually knows what's up. They didn't over charge us and the heater and AC was working well.. after they left. I would recommend you call them to do routine maintenance or any other heating and Ac needs. 5 stars!! BRAVO!!

I have worked with Bravo for years now and they have always done an outstanding job. Very easy to work with and they are always honest. If you need heating or air service Bravo is the way to go.

To the reply below: I am sorry sr. We have on camera your technician with his glue trying to fix what he broke... also we did pay him the trade call fee the first time. We are not going to pay for the second time they came to fix the mistake... Avoid this company. I used them through Old Republic home warranty whom always hire scam people like Bravo heating & A/C... They came and unattached my pvc lane and made it seem like it was like that. But we know it wasn't because over the summer we used the ac a lot and it never leaked and he left it leaking after a tune up. He tried to glue it back and couldn't. So they made another work order and came and fix it. But I never requested another work order because I am not gonna pay for their mistake. This is a total scam. Maybe it wasn't a mistake but he unattached on purpuse so they can come twice and charge me a double fee. Stay away form this company...

His whole scam is "let's see if this fixes the problem". Charged me 500 plus for a hard start kit. and my a.c. still would turn off randomly. Then asks me for 1600 "more" dollars for the cheapest air compressor. Called another company and they replaced the breaker for 200 and everything has been perfect. Just called and he hung up on me when I wanted a refund. This company is trying to get you to buy a brand new a.c. unit.

We have a home warranty from Old Republic, this is who they sent. He said my unit isn't big enough for our house, and would cost 7k to replace the system. My response was, oh well, I can't afford that, so can you just figure out the problem and fix it? He agreed, and replaced a part that can fail if it overheats, and it's working great. The four stars are because I deducted one star for trying to upsell me.

Update: I have removed two stars. I've had two HVAC people out, one was private on our own, and a second was through the warranty. BOTH said our A/C was more than adequate for the square footage, and is working good. The one we called privately didn't charge to come out, and the second one from the warranty went into the attic, inspected the ducts and advised us on how to fix the problem, which confirms the private technician's diagnosis. If Bravo was any good, he could've looked in the attic and saved us time and money, But why would he do that, if he wants to sell a new system? Plus, both technicians said a new system would be in the15k price range.

This is a rave review for Bravo Heating and Air Conditioning. I am so pleased that we ran into them due to certain circumstances.

Our air conditioning went out a week before we were due to have a baby. Our home was 90 degrees each day. We contacted our homeowner's insurance and they sent out Silver Lining Air Conditioning to have a look. After 30 minutes, the repairman said we needed a completely new ac unit and it couldn't be fixed. We didn't trust this information and had bad experience after bad experience with this company, so we requested another sub contractor.

They immediately sent out Bravo Heating and Air Conditioning. The two repairmen, Cesar and Milton, came and stayed for 2 hours, taking everything apart, testing, and evaluating. After 2 hours, they were able to fix our air conditioning unit and it is back to normal, actually works even better than before. So, the silver lining here is that Bravo ended up doing the work correctly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Bravo Heating and Air conditioning to anyone that wants professional and honest work. I would feel good about calling them out for any heating or air conditioning issues we have in the future. BRAVO to Bravo Heating and Air Conditioning!!

Don't use Bravo!!!! Business is such a scam!
Not allowed to open system so they'll just say its working perfectly fine even though the ac unit is making really loud squealing noises and my house is not cooling at all and I have babies I'm trying to keep cool.I'm beyond furious!!!!!

Bravo came out to work on my AC for warranty work. My wife called me do come deal with the tech since he was being rude to her. I arrived and the guy was a total @$$hole. They were called back a few days later because the same AC unit made banging noises. When they came out he asked me "does the unit blow cold air" to which I answered "yes." He then said "well then there's nothing wrong with it" and left it at that. If I could give them negative stars I would. I complained to the warranty company as well. If you want the work done right, look elsewhere. If you want good customer service, look elsewhere. If you're looking for shoddy repairs and a bad attitude they're the ones to call.

Milton, from Bravo, worked on my heater last night for several hours in the dark and freezing temperatures to make sure I would have heat, with temps forecasted in the low teens. He was working in 20 degree temperatures and didn't stop until he was done. Thank you Bravo!
