My name is Ivann Greene. We reside in Roseville in a home that was built in the late 70's. The original HVAC system has functioned exceptionally well...at least we thought so until the system needed maintenance. After a very thorough maintenance assessment, Matt (the Technician) made the necessary adjustments and assessed the overall system. Matt also shared with us the shortcomings that our overall system had. We were more than pleased.

Once the assessment was made, Project Go determined that we qualified for new systems - heating and AC!. We we elated that Sharpline Mechanical was chosen to make the installments.

Today, we received a call from Andria, the office Manager, who informed us that we were to have the new systems installed. Andria's pleasant and professional demeaner was welcomed. Andria was able to dispatch Nathan, the General Manager, and the "other" Matt (the installation team leader), so that they could confirm measurements.

My wife and I were pleased with how both Nathan and Matt detailed their plan of action as well as the protocol that they will engage as a prelude to the installation.

As president of the Meadow Oaks Neighborhood Association, I will be sharing our positive experience! Sharpline Mechanical will be our "go-to" HVAC company! And yes, we will be spreading the word!!!

Sharpline installed my new HVAC system last year and did a great job. Coming back this year for an inspection they found an issue that needed to be fixed from 20 yrs ago. Kevin came out and I was so impressed with him! He is not only personable but he really knows his stuff. He is a really great asset to Sharpline and I hope he will continue to be the one servicing my system each year. I can't tell you how impressed I am with his knowledge and his work ethic. He is outstanding and I am so pleased with the work he did. He's the best advertising you can have for your growing company!!

Just want to say how impressed I am with the service from this company. I am an Administrator at a skilled nursing facility in the Sacramento area, we were having an issue with an AC unit during this heat wave and needed EMERGENCY service. This company actually drove 30 minutes from auburn to meet me half way to hand deliver a part that we needed for our AC unit so we could get it up and running ASAP. They have been nothing but reliable and fair with pricing since I started using them in February of 2021. Thank you for being a reliable and quality partner for our facility.
