We were having issues with our evaporative cooler during the heat wave and could not figure out the problem. I called several companies who could not get to it for a couple of weeks. These guys got to us in a couple of days and were right on time. They sent Cody who was really nice and professional. After some investigation he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. "Mike's came and conquered!" Very happy. Discovered A/C was out at 9 am, Mike's arrived by 2:30 pm same day when they were estimating arrival up to 48 hours (very busy, heat wave). Bad capacitor. Had a replacement on the truck. Problem fixed in under 30 minutes. Fast and friendly. Thank you!

As an absentee home owner, it's very distressing to have something go wrong with your property and you aren't able to be there to take care of it. I have a property manager, but the quote they got from their HVAC contractor was way more than I could afford. I suggested they call Mike's Heating & Air to see what they could do. They were so prompt, efficient and helpful. They totally took the worry out of any problems I may have with my rental's AC unit in the future. This company is amazing. I had 3 previous companies come out and check out my air conditoner and heating unit. They each wanted to sell me a new unit. This is the only company who actually tried to fix the actual problem. Which wasn't even expensive. I will call them every time.

The ppl at Mikes are our new heros! They truly know what cash challenged means. Even and to include ideas that would lower our repair bill. Bill, our repairman is an all around nice guy. Patiently answered all our questions, patiently waited for us to save the $$ to fix our HVAC. HE came out as soon as the weather cleared up and had everything fixed and working in a couple of hours.
