Wes Gardner, the owner, came out to my house and crawled around under my house to look at my ductwork. While under the house, he fixed a couple of small ductwork issues. After he was done, we sat down and he gave me a very honest assessment of my aging ductwork, explaining all of my options. The prices he quoted for various options are very reasonable compared to other quotes.
He is knowledgeable and honest which are two qualities that I find lacking in other HVAC companies that I had quote me for the same work.
