    Drivers from this company are maniacs on the road. Slowed down to turn into my own driveway and their driver honked aggressively at me.

    EDIT: I originally wrote the review below, and then a bit over an hour later (over an hour past the timeframe in which they said they would come), I got a call from the plumber wanting to come by then. I was unavailable, but he was friendly and we set up a time for later in the day based on my availability. He came out later at the (re)scheduled time and spent a good bit of time looking at the situation and discussing my needs and giving what seemed to be good advice about the options. He was friendly and professional during the whole visit and makes me feel confident that he could do the work well. I haven't scheduled the work itself yet, so if/when I do and if they do a good job, I'll raise the rating a bit here based on it. I just wish their receptionist would have the friendliness and professionalism of their actual plumbers.

    They scheduled a time with me two weeks in advance, saying they would arrive and complete the service within a 2 hour window. So, of course I waited 2 weeks for them to come and then I took that time off work so I could be present when they arrived. I waited 2 hours and called their service line several times within that 2 hours and they never showed up nor did they ever contact me at all to say they weren't showing up, that they'd be late, nor to offer any kind of excuse. Their service line was slightly rude and completely unhelpful, never offering to call the plumbers to check on whether or not they were on their way or to see what their timing was or anything like that. They clearly don't respect their customers' time. I can't say if their quality of work is any good, but considering their disrespect for customers' time and poor communication skills, I wouldn't expect their plumbing skills to be any better either. I will be using different plumbers in the future.

    I was referred to these guys by family and I admit they are amazing to deal with. Tommy was dispatched to my home and called to ask if he could come sooner because he was available. He addressed multiple issues I had in a very timely manner and was very polite. Hopefully I don’t have any more issues but if I do I know who to use. Thank you guys!

    My air conditioner went out and they were able come the same day I called. They had the part on their truck, no waiting for a part to be ordered, which was such a relief. Steve went the extra mile and I appreciate the top notch service.

    I have used their services twice in the last year for two different issues. From the first phone call to the minute the technician left, everyone I encountered has been friendly, professional and detail orientated. Extremely happy! They have a new customer for life.

    Great Support and Service. Had an appointment with Steve's plumbing that was scheduled a week earlier. On the day of the appointment, Steve's called me and cancelled my appointment. I called Mayes. Luckily they had a time slot for me that same day. It worked out for me and all on the support and service from Mayes Plumbing.

    Awful HVAC people. 3 different people at my house over a 5 day period. They changed two different parts and couldn't figure out what was wrong. They ordered a part and told me it would he there in a couple days. They day they were supposed to replace the part they decide to just say that the furnace needs replacing,
    If they were actually trained in HVAC they would have been able to go through proper steps and diagnosis to decide that earlier. Every time they were there they seemed lost and confused.
    Do not use this company. There are way more qualified companies in the area.

    Mayes plumbing DOES NOT stand behind their work AND if they fail to appropriately prepare for your job and fail to determine what the true problem is the FIRST TIME, because they knowingly did not bring the necessary equipment; they will then attempt to bully you and charge you TWICE for the exact same services.

    Go with another plumbing company. Please don't be bullied into paying TWICE for the exact same service because the plumber who showed up (stated to me) "should have brought the camera" to look for roots in the line.

    This plumber had a 30 minute conversation with me the night before he showed up and TOLD me there could be roots in the line yet failed to bring the camera to look for them and determine the true problem and why the plumbing was clogged in the entire house with liquid and TP coming up into the tubs and no toilets flushing.

    Instead on Tues. morning the plumber failed to bring the necessary equipment, the camera, told me he "wished he had brought the camera" and then charged me 170.00 to open the line which took about 30 minutes total. This was allegedly 100.00 for using the jet to blow out the drain and 70.00 service call. I was told the cost was 100.00 to jet the line out during my phone conversation with the plumber on Mon. The plumber told me this was the regular price for the jet. I was not informed anything different at the time of the services that Tues.

    On Sat. Only FOUR days later the exact same clog re-occurred TP and liquid coming up in all tub drains and all toilets clogged in the entire house.

    I called on Mon. And spoke with the same plumber to ask what was my next step. I was total they would need to come again and use the infamous camera he forget to bring previously AND do exactly Same work jetting out the pipe AND look inside the pipe to determine what the true cause of the problem was.

    Drum roll please: the COST Would be the EXACT SAME I just paid FOUR days earlier!!!!!!! 70.00 for the service call AND 100.00 to jet and clear the line AND only then could they use the camera which was an additional 100.00.

    Now IF the plumber had brought the correct and necessary equipment the FIRST TIME I would have paid a TOTAL of 270.00, know what was actually clogging the drain and get an estimate to actually fix it. Not simply a band aide because the plumber failed to bring the necessary equitpment.

    I obviously objected to this as the plumber was at fault for not brining the necessary equipment NOT ME.

    A week later the same plumber finally called me back and informed me that he spoke with the OWNER of the company and they would do nothing to compensate me for the plumber's failure to prepare for the job.

    I was informed that since he "only charged me 100.00 for the initial jet out and the regular price was 125.00" and "they did not guarantee jetted lines" the cost would be a total of: 395.00 = 70.00 service call (AGAIN), 125.00 to jet the line (AGAIN), and 100.00 to use the camera to determine the cause so I could actually fix the problem.

    So TOTAL for the two trips out because the plumber failed to bring the necessary equipment I will now pay
    565.00 just to get an estimate to fix the real problem. When had the plumber brought the necessary equipment I would have paid in total almost two weeks ago now only 270.00 AND had an estimate to actually fix the problem.

    I was also told by the receptionist that the camera is a very expensive piece of equipment about 10,000.00 so it stays at the shop unless they know they are going to use it.

    Well per my conversation with the plumber the night before he showed up at 9:00am he knew it was likely there were roots in my line. So that seems to me like the kinda job you SHOULD know you will need it and SHOULD have brought the camera.

    This is especially true when the plumber was well aware in order to use the camera to determine the cause of the clog he would need to do another service call and jet the line, I.e. I would have to pay twice for the same services.

    This double charging scheme must be how they are paying for that camera.

    I have used this company several times throughout the years recently called them about fixing my toilet the receptionist was very nice but when the plumber called me he was incredibly rude and then just hung up on me.
