I had 3 HVAC units replaced at my home. They did a great job. Everything was done very well with high quality. All duct work changes were done to my satisfaction and I will definitely recommend them. They also fixed a loud blower (return air) problem I've had for years. Awesome Company.

From Lisa, who schedules, to Bryan, the service tech, they couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, on time etc. Lisa got us on the schedule in short order and followed through with us; Bryan made it through the snowmagddon and went out of his way to help us — two women who were clueless about gas, frozen toilets and more. Called Bob & Ed’s after the home warranty contractor was unable to repair my AC electrical short. They found it, which I’m sure helped keep my costs down, but Bob & Ed’s fixed it in one call! They are smart and very professional!

We requested a quote emailed to us replace a part. Received a verbal quote of $200. No email ever received. Then received a bill of $479 and said they came on our property and changed the part! We never received a quote, never agreed to a price, never received a courtesy call, never authorized access on our property, never even saw them on our property! But we got a bill for it...I don't think so!

AC quit one day and they were out the next day. Friendly service technicians. Compressor was out and they were able to find one and installed that day.
Overall great expierence.

Great service and very fast. Wonderful people. Other heating and air company told my wife system was shot had to buy a new one. I called Bob and Ed's and they repaired it. Thanks guys!!!

My air conditioning was down and Bob and Ed’s was recommended by a lot of people on Nextdoor neighbor app so I called them... they came same day and diagnosed my problem correctly and they gave me a very reasonable estimate... they worked with me very patiently but my home warrant insurance did not believe their diagnosis and end up getting a second opinion that said the exact same thing... I’m pretty sure that the vendor supplied by the home warrant company will give a higher estimate than Bob and Ed’s but I’m forced to go with the other vendors but I have to say Bob and Ed’s were more than professional, reasonable and very timely
