They were an authorized technician to repair my pool heater. Matt came to Hot Springs and told me what the problem was. He said the company would ship him the part and he would be back to repair it. I called a few weeks later and left message after message. He never returned my calls and never repaired my unit. I am a small business owner and this is no way to do business. If he was too busy to do the work he should have said that in the first place. Now my unit is no longer under warranty. Totally unacceptable!

So after a bad experience with a repair man today the owner of the company came by today to talk with me and I have to say that he was very nice and really cares about his company and there was a family emergency that caused a delay in him responding back to me or I would have been contacted sooner i will use him in the future and recommend him to anyone.
