Danny Elmore Heating & Air

Well I am not happy. I manage an Urgent Care Center and our Air Conditioner went out. To keep it short we have had 3 visits from them and the problem is not fixed. I am NOT happy with the tone and choice of words used when I called them the last time to ask them to look at it again. Using this company has impacted our business in a negative way. I would not use this company no more.

They can't even fix an air conditioner if they tired. This is literally pathetic. If you get the guy who speaks English he might tell you something, If you get the other 2 guys they won't even talk to you. Bad customer service. Don't go with them. If I could give a worse rating I would.

Came in and got my AC working in no time!
