I've had multiple great experiences here. Ed's has a broad stock of many key HVAC parts. The sheet metal guys are really great. Jerry and Jaydon were both exceptionally friendly and helpful. Much appreciated. My interaction with the counter people and the office/accounts folks was also top notch. Friendly, fast, knowledgable and deep inventory of all things HVAC. Highly recommended.
Every time I go in here they either don't have what I need. Or The older gentlemen on 7th street counter is very rude to me. He's offensive and the only reason I even go here is because it's usually close to the job I'm on. They also tend to mess up many of my orders and I end up having to return to the store multiple times in a single day. They should offer delivery services when they mess up because I have to stop doing my job to return to get the right materials or the missing materials. I also believe that anyone that works at the counter at an AC supply house should be very knowledgeable of each and every system and what each system needs so that when customers show up to get the items needed they can suggest things that they know we could possibly need, that we possibly forgot ourselves. Which in turn could make the company more profit while offering great customer service.
